Experitec retained Praxis to conduct an employee survey that would assess employee satisfaction and the factors that contribute to building a motivated, proud, and productive workforce. The survey conducted in December 2007 provided a comprehensive assessment of employee attitudes, perceptions, and beliefs about working at Experitec.

Employees were sent an email from the president along with a hyperlink to the survey and were given time to complete the survey at work. A comprehensive report was provided that included opportunity scores (areas with high importance and low performance) and comparisons to previous years (2005 and 2006).
