Praxis developed a contact list based on a Canada-wide search of companies involved in all energy sectors. The contact list was developed using web searches, directory searches and association lists. Over 9,000 calls were made to establish a representative contact list. Praxis then verified the telephone contact to obtain the email address and senior manager’s name and phone number within the company.

An on-line survey was then administered to evaluate satisfaction with energy information sources and identify opportunities for improvement.
