In an effort to put the customer first in all aspects of service, Battistella Developments contracted Praxis to design and set-up an ongoing warranty service survey. Praxis created a registration page for Battistella administrative employees to fill out following the completion of condominium warranty work. After entering the warranty work details and owner\’s contact information an email survey invitation is automatically sent to the owner. The email includes a description of the work undertaken and a unique password. The survey questions allow owners to rate their satisfaction with various aspects of the warranty service process, and provide them the opportunity to rate the importance of each.

Praxis generates monthly reports based on survey results. This process enables Battistella Developments to address, on an ongoing basis, any service issues that arise, and to adapt the warranty process to reflect owners\’ importance ratings.
