Annually, Praxis conducts the Division Support and Response Surveys for SGP. The purpose of the surveys is to establish a consistent means of evaluating support, responsiveness, and business relationships for the major Emerson Business Divisions across North America. The survey is designed to focus on attributes that when well supported will result in growth and health of both Emerson and the Local Business Partners (LBPs). The survey also provides a helpful indication of areas of improvement opportunity, as expressed by the division’s major stakeholders on the front line serving customers. In addition to quantitative measures of performance, the survey focuses on collecting employees’ opinions and suggestions.

Within each LBP, the company president selects individuals based on their involvement with the respective division. Praxis Research then sends an email to each participant containing an individual password and hyperlink to the survey.

Praxis Research prepares two reports. One focuses on quantitative data and includes comparisons to previous years; the other includes all the verbatim employee comments.
