Praxis assessed the social concerns regarding two proposed irrigation dams. Residents from Manitoba and Saskatchewan were contacted on behalf of the Environmental Assessment Panel formed under the auspices of the Federal Environmental Assessment and Review Office (FEARO). Praxis conducted a random sample telephone survey of 100% of all affected landowners and a 20% sample of residents in the southern portions of the two provinces. In addition, Richard Roberts was named socio-economic advisor to the Panel.
