Working with Parks Canada, Praxis Research designed an online survey that was administered by email to tour operators across North America. Parks Canada wanted to understand better the evolving interests of today’s traveler. By doing so it can ensure that the programs it offers at National Parks and National Historic Sites meet the needs of the tour operators. Praxis designed the questionnaire to investigate the types of experiences visitors seek, and that group travelers demand.
