The Comox-Strathcona Regional District undertook a five-year review of its Solid Waste Management Plan. One component of the overall public consultation process was a random sample survey of District households as a means of understanding attitudes and behaviours related to waste management and waste reduction practices. Praxis Research conducted a random telephone survey in October 2000.
