TELUS Customer Care contracted Praxis Research to carry out employee-based focus groups to hear firsthand about their communications needs and how these fit with the firm’s current communications practices. The input gathered through these sessions constituted a significant component of the revised Customer Care communications strategy. Praxis Research randomly selected participants from three locations: Calgary, Edmonton and Burnaby. In total, Praxis Research conducted six focus groups, with ten employees each. These included one group of management personnel and five groups of frontline employees.
