In the fall of 2001, Praxis Research conducted a telephone survey of 1200 Albertans on behalf of ENMAX. The purpose of this research was multi-fold. It sought to determine how many Albertans had switched to the competitor, the likelihood of switching in the future, and the preferred contract rates for electricity and natural gas.
