Working for Bonneville Power Administration, Bureau of Land Reclamation and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Praxis assisted with the development of the Systems Operation Review (SOR), Mid-Point Review consultation process. Praxis recorded the input generated by each of the SOR panels, which were held in 15 communities in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Praxis then compiled and analyzed the public and stakeholder input.
