Using Praxis’ Stakeholder Tracking System^©, Praxis developed a web-based relational database specific to the requirements of Shell Canada-Grosmont Venture’s (formerly SURE Northern Energy) stakeholder consultation program. STS^© is being used to organize and track all stakeholder contacts and activities. Praxis customized the database modules for Shell Canada-Grosmont Venture to reflect the consultation information requirements for different stakeholder groups (e.g. government officials, First Nation, landowners) as well as different phases of the project.
