Praxis, as an “independent expert in public consultation”, reviewed the Public Involvement and Communications Program of the Waste Management Task Force to insure that the process met the requirements of the Environmental Assessment and Review Process (EARP) Guidelines. In addition, Praxis drafted recommendations and prepared a report focused on how the program could be modified and improved. A central consideration of this project was the highly-sensitive and controversial nature of the Siting Process.
