Praxis worked with Sussex Consulting to assist the Sunshine Coast Restructure Study Committee to decide whether or not there was sufficient merit in requesting a full local government restructure study. Praxis coordinated the public consultation process to ensure residents understood the current system and had an opportunity to voice their concerns about community policies, services and taxes. The process also identified the links between community issues and local government structures so that each governance option could be assessed in terms of how it would address the important issues.
