Petro-Canada retained Praxis to develop a public consultation program and communications plan for its Terra Nova project. The Praxis Team defined the basic philosophy and approach to internal and external communications for the project. In addition, the plan outlined the communications and consultation techniques for each stage of the Terra Nova Project.
