Praxis organized and conducted two workshops with participants from past Natural Resources Conservation Board (NRCB) project review processes. The objective of these meetings was to gather comments and suggestions regarding the overall hearing process and intervener funding.

Praxis contacted a cross-section of participants including applicants, legal counsel, and witnesses, as well as representatives of business organizations, environmental groups, and municipal governments to participate in this review. Praxis also facilitated and recorded the meetings, after which it wrote a summary report for the NRCB.
