Richard Roberts was appointed to the external Advisory Committee on Public Involvement struck by the Commissioner for Environment and Sustainable Development, Auditor General Canada.
This three-person Committee assisted the Commissioner in reviewing and determining the audit requirements for all federal departmental sustainable development programs. Cabinet legislates these reviews and they must be conducted every three years.
