Praxis designed and facilitated a two-day workshop for the British Columbia Air Quality and Health Steering Committee (AQHSC) to develop a five-year strategic vision and action plan. The AQHSC is a multi-agency committee led by the BC Lung Association and is comprised of representatives from Environment Canada, Health Canada, the BC Ministry of Environment, the BC Ministry of Health, Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley Regional District, the BC Centre for Disease Control and the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency. The Committee was formed to promote an understanding of the effects of air pollution on health, the environment and the economy.
