Praxis organized and led this two-day workshop with senior management to develop options for consulting the public and their own staff. For this workshop, an overview of public consultation was presented and specific methods were developed to meet the department’s needs. The workshop was part of a series of workshops designed to assist in the agency’s overall reorganization.
