BC Workers’ Compensation Board invited Richard Roberts to provide an overview of public involvement. Afterward, he held discussions with the Board of Directors at their Governors Retreat in Whistler, BC. As a result, Praxis organized and conducted a follow-up workshop with senior management of WCB to discuss the design and implementation of public involvement processes within the organization.
