Environment Canada retained Praxis to design and facilitate a one-day workshop. The purpose of the workshop was to develop a national strategy for integrating the efforts of those working in Compliance Promotion and Enforcement. Praxis also developed a regional model based on the national strategy. This project built on an earlier enforcement strategy prepared by Praxis.
