Foremost Industries contracted Praxis to help it develop a strategic plan to increase growth in the company, substantially. Praxis’s was primarily responsible for facilitating two internal teams: market-sell and design-build. Each team met once per week, with joint meetings held every three weeks to co-ordinate activities. The first step was developing operating guidelines for the two teams. Second, Praxis developed the components of the strategic plan.
