The Royal Commission retained Praxis to analyze the results of over 2500 verbal presentations and written submissions received by the Commission. Praxis worked with the Commissioners and staff to develop a thematic overview of the key issues emerging through the process. A team of 15 staff and contractors summarized the submissions; coded the submissions as to the major issues, their frequency and their intensity; and identified the recommendations made by the public and stakeholders. Praxis analyzed all the data gathered and wrote a total of 20 background thematic and issue papers for this province-wide process.
