In 1997, the Advisory Council on Health Infostructure released its Interim Report in hard copy and posted it on its website. Accompanying the Interim Report was a response form and request for written submissions. The Council contracted Praxis to analyze the open-ended responses received through the online comment sheet as well as via letter, email and fax. Praxis created an electronic database and completed the draft report in three days. Praxis then presented the results at the Advisory Committee’s retreat in Saint Sauveur, Quebec.
