Workshops and Forums

Workshops and forums are proven approaches for disseminating information, obtaining public input, fostering communication among multi-stakeholders, and generating collective solutions to difficult problems.  Successful workshops and forums can establish a proponent’s credibility, build trust and foster public buy-in.

Strategic workshop planning and facilitation is one of Praxis’ key business areas.  We have assembled a team of talented professionals who bring facilitation experience in a variety of settings, and understanding of a vast array of topics.  Our experience ranges from small-scale, task-oriented working groups to large-scale strategic planning forums.

Our senior consultants are adept at understanding how to achieve client objectives while managing situational sensitivities, assuring balanced input, and accomplishing desired tasks.  When appropriate, we train facilitators and have developed comprehensive tool kits to enable clients to plan and host their own forums.
