Sherritt International conducted a stakeholder consultation for a large coal-to-gas conversion project near Camrose, Alberta. Sherritt contracted Praxis to provide a field team to conduct the landowner consultation interviews.

The field team’s responsibilities included arranging appointments for in-person meetings with landowners; providing landowners with project information; recording landowner comments; and acquiring land access permission for the environmental consultants. To support the consultation program, Praxis developed a STS^© database to track all stakeholder contacts and activities.
